SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
When your order is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule your delivery at a time that works best for you. We kindly ask that deliveries be completed within 30 days of notification. Please let our team know if you need to postpone delivery due to home closing or construction delays. For extended delays, a storage fee may be required.
If your home has any special delivery requirements — such as narrow roads, gated access, specific delivery hours, multiple flights of stairs, or freight elevators — just let us know when scheduling. We’ll make sure everything goes smoothly on delivery day.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
Our professional delivery team is here to make your experience effortless. They’ll bring your items inside, carefully unpack and inspect each piece, assemble them as needed, and place everything in your chosen space. Once everything is set, we’ll remove all packing materials so you can simply enjoy your new furniture.
Before our team leaves, we encourage you to take a moment to inspect your pieces and make sure everything is perfect.
For everyone’s safety, our delivery professionals aren’t able to move existing furniture, handle electrical setup, or rearrange items already in your home. Please have the space ready before we arrive.
An authorized adult (18 years or older) must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
If any damage or defect is discovered upon delivery, Southern Loft will work quickly to resolve the issue. We want you to be happy with your furniture and our service team.
