Southern Loft Delivery Options
1. Front Door Delivery
We charge $99 per trip for local delivery of unlimited furniture items within a 15 mile radius of a Southern Loft store. We deliver to your front door, curbside, garage, or lobby. You will be responsible for unpacking, debris removal,. any assembly, and placement.
2. Local Delivery
We charge $129 per trip for local delivery of unlimited furniture items within a 15 mile radius of a Southern Loft store. This includes light assembly (sofas, sectionals, lamps, etc) in the room of your choice. As an additional courtesy, we remove all packaging. Please request to keep all packaging if there is a possibility for a return of a return-eligible item. Outside local area delivery option also available. Price is subject to change depending on distance.
3. White Glove Delivery
Includes Local Delivery (above) and for an additional fee of $60 per item (beds, shelving units, tables, wood benches, etc), we will assemble your furniture in your room of choice. As an additional courtesy, we remove all packaging. Please request to keep all packaging if there is a possibility for a return of a returneligible item.
Your Salesperson will quote Delivery Fees beyond a 15 mile radius of a Southern Loft store.
4. Delivery Policies
Deliveries are scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Extraordinary delivery conditions (i.e. obstacles, unimproved roads, placements above second floors, etc) may require an additional fee. In-store stock purchases will be delivered in approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Special Order Manufacturer In-stock purchases will be delivered in approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery times for Custom Orders will be quoted by your salesperson (typically 6 to 10 weeks from the date of purchase; depending on the manufacturer. Quoted delivery times on Custom Orders are estimated and could vary due to circumstances beyond Southern Loft’s control.
The customer is responsible for determining if merchandise can be safely delivered to its final destination. Please measure any corridors, doorways, elevators, turning radius, etc. that may prove prohibitive during the delivery process. Delivery personnel are not permitted to remove or reinstall doors, or to relocate or remove existing furniture. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a separate re-delivery charge may be incurred. All Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returns.
Unfortunately, on occasion, furniture may become damaged in transit. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment before the driver leaves. If you suspect damage, open the packaging and examine your purchase. Customer must notate any damage on the Proof of Delivery receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt.
